On 17th March 2021 was arranged the preliminary meeting of partners from Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan on the EU project “Erasmus + KA2 GEOCLIC – New courses in geospatial engineering for adaptation of coastal ecosystems to climate change”, which will last until 2023. The meeting was attended by the President of the Azerbaijan International Eco-Energy Academy(IEEA) e Fagan Aliyev, Vice-President of the IEEA Farhad Aliyev and Advisor to the President of the IEEA Zohrabbyli Nurana.
During the meeting was discussed issues of preparation for the next meeting with European partners, project documentation, emerging and expected problems associated with the implementation of the project.
It should be noted that a project aimed at modernizing curricula at the bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral levels in order to promote cooperation between the European Union and partner countries to ensure the environmental safety of coastal ecosystems using new technologies was implemented in 2020.
